FROM SITE ANALYSIS TO ARCHITECTURAL MASSING
The design process begins with a reading of the existing site conditions, including sunlight, wind direction, traffic movement, surrounding views, and the urban frontage of the city. These forces are used to understand how the building should open, respond, and position itself within the site.
Through a series of massing studies, the project explores how the office form can be shaped by environmental performance and urban presence. The building volume is gradually refined to balance visibility, access, daylight, and connection to the surrounding landscape.
AN OFFICE SHAPED BY NATURE AND STORYTELLING

The project interprets Ghibli’s cinematic world through an architectural language of softness, layering, and discovery. Instead of treating the office as a purely functional workplace, the design introduces moments of pause, framed views, greenery, and gentle spatial transitions.
The building becomes a workplace where creativity is supported by atmosphere, allowing nature and imagination to become part of the everyday working experience.
